* The method of operating it is the same as that of tile and stone. Dilute cement bond or wet chemical 20% thinner than tile bond, mix well and apply it on the back of Spartan Stone as thin as possible.

Method of operation
1. Dilute cement bond mixture(two kinds of bonds) with wet spartan chemical, if it is too thick.

2. Apply the bond mixture on a product as thin as possible. Give it some time and wait until the
    bond is a bit driy before sticking the product on a surface and start another one while waiting.

3. Sagging can be prevented by sticking wide Scotch tape on the masonry joint
     (Remove it at the time of masonry joint operation)

4. Use transparent silicon without nitric acid for gypsum, plywood, glass and panels. It is ideal
    to use spartan cement bond, wet chemicals or bond for exclusive use where the area has
    a lot of bumping into or against.
    In case of using silicon, stick both-sided tape on three or four spots of the back of a product
    for better adhesion.

5. Support the bottom part to prevent sagging. (Precise horizontal operation of bottom part is the
    foundation for saving time and accurate construction.)

Powerment made by Union Company is the best for spartan wet chemicals. Adhesive cement
can be also used.

The expense of chemical can be saved more by using bond for exclusive use or wet chemical only on the back of the product and spreading adhesive cement or powerment on surface.

As for tiles, panels, and iron plates, be sure to apply the wet chemical only for spartan (powerment + chemical) on them before applying the chemical both on the surface of them and
on a product. (Apply only chemicals on plaster plate and plywood.)

Attention
1. Apply cement bond, wet chemicals and transparent silicon without nitric acid carefully all
    around on the back surface of Hwanhi, Maria, Innocence, and Gold. If there is any space
    between the product and the surface, the color does not come out well.

2. Never step on the newly layed floor for at least 24 hours. The masonry joint can be operated
     24 hours later.

3. Apply transparent silicon without nitric acid on the back of a product after wiping away any
    moisture from the surface on which the product is to be sticked. (During the rainy season,
    in humid places such as a basement, in places with an excessive change of temperature)
    Cement bond and wet chemicals are excepted.

4. Protect the whole floor by covering after finishing the laying of the floor. Remove the cover
    one day before opening a building and clean it up with water. (Make sure that the newly laid
    floor is not damaged by the goods to be moved or by any equipment.)

5. Products can be easily separated from the surface by moisture, heat and cold when general
    tile bond or chemical bond and epoxy are used for adhesion.

6. Be sure to use cement only for spartan or silicon without nitric acid for masonry joint of
    Spartan Stone.

7. Spartan Stone T2 can not be cut by any kinds of tools. T1, which is less intense than T2 and
    whose colors are the same as those of T2, can be cut by diamond glass cutter, drill wheel
    and boring wheel.

1. After putting the Spartan stone subsidiary materials parallel to the wall, you attach the
    materials (when the inner part of bricks are empty and anchor volts are likely to come out,
    put cements or like product in the hole)

2. Spartan subsidiary materials have various methods with bar-anchor separate use and
    mixed use.

3. On walls or floors with many bumps, wet construction is safe.

4. On interior walls, place the inner paper at 1mm intervals best as you can, so it is better     
    not to fill the inner paper space
